Job Title: Creative Practitioner / Filmmaker

Job Description:
Inspirational artist required to run a 3 day workshop encouraging children aged between 10-15 to make their own documentary films. Workshops will consist of 10 children lead by a supervisor, and will make a film no longer than 10 minutes in duration over the October half term week (2010). The workshop will include preparing a script, technical training, filming and final editing of the film. In between workshop days each child will be leant a flip camera to take away with them shoot a film by themselves over 2 days.
The workshop will be free and participants will be selected on the basis of a 100 word description of the film they would like to make.
Requirements
Enhanced CRB within last 2 years (photocopy)
Public Liability Insurance (photocopy).
Two referees including most recent employer
Ability to communicate well with staff and pupils
Teaching experience
Knowledge of iMovie
