Animation Workshops?
Our workshops aim to encourage people of all ages and abilities to be inspirEd by animation. Our sessions cover its history, the science and of course the hands on skills needed to create fun films.
The Animation sessions can be based around any theme or curriculum subject. We’ll be happy to create a bespoke project based on your requirements.
All of our workshops are also available as a CPD sessions for teachers.
All our workshops are inclusive, and we make every effort to make sure every participant gains skills and has fun while working with us. We really enjoy working with disability groups so please get in touch to let us know your needs!

Stopmotion Animation Workshop
Stopmotion Skills Challenge / Make a film
Duration: 2hr / 4hr / 2 days
Who is this workshop for? Primary / Secondary school pupils*, drop in festival / museum participants and anyone with an interest in animation. This session also works great as a corporate teambuilding activity!
*School groups are limited to 15 or half a class. A full class can be divided into 2x 2hr sessions run over the course of 1 day. All equipment and materials are provided.
Description: Learn how to animate movement, create creatures and design backgrounds. We’ll also look at the history and Pioneers of animation which still inspire filmmakers today. Plus the science behind it all!
