Here is a video we made a few years ago for a Creative Partnerships project.  This video was commissioned to launch a project called ‘ Operation New Planet’.  The objective was to fully emerce yr 7 students into their creative curriculum project by giving them the brief via video.

The video is designed to look like a broadcast from The Ministry of Security and Defence.  The presenter outlines the project brief using imaginative animations.

The project was a huge success!  We went on to work with the children to develop characters that would live on 9 new planets across the universe. Their task was to create a government and elect a leader.  We worked with the pupils to create video diaries.  An external Artist from ‘Thinking Space’ worked with the students to develop their critical and creative thinking through philosophy.
