Lego Brick & Minion Workshops

In July we hosted two animation sessions at Leeds Town Hall. Families were invited to make Lego brick and Minion animations inspirEd by friendship.

The day was split into two sessions; Am – Lego Brick Toymation. PM – Minion InspirEd Claymation.

It was wonderful to see the children and their parents/guardians so enthusiastic about making their own characters, background sets and stop motion films. The sessions encouraged families to work together to produce a short film. Participants are often surprised at how easy it is to animate something. We hope that they take the skills they’ve learned home and continue to make films with each other.
